What software does the Adventurer 5M use?
Slice with FlashPrint 5, Orca-Flashforge or OrcaSlicer, and manage prints with the FlashMaker app. It connects by Wi-Fi, Ethernet or USB.
Is it hard to set up?
No. It ships 95% pre-assembled. Install the display and filament holder, run automatic leveling, load filament and print.
Can it print ABS or ASA?
No. Flashforge states ABS filaments are not compatible with the open-frame AD5M. For ABS and ASA, choose the enclosed Adventurer 5M Pro.
Do I need ventilation?
Yes. It is open-frame with no built-in filtration, so use a well-ventilated room.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout, subject to approval. See our financing page for details.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is free to the lower 48. Orders ship by FedEx Ground or LTL freight depending on size, with curbside delivery. Most orders arrive in 3 to 10 business days.
What warranty does it come with?

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on size and weight.
Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same business day
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 2-7 business days after processing

Damaged Packages — What to Do
If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Check your box at delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, take clear photos of the box immediately.
- Refuse the shipment and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on used or modified items, items not in resalable condition, items missing original packaging, or consumable accessories.
Damaged Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of any damage to expedite resolution.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Process: The original item is returned and inspected, a refund is issued (less the 30% restocking fee), and the customer places a new order for the replacement item.
