Create personalized tumblers with a rotary roller, layered wood art, interactive wooden projects, custom awards and signs, acrylic decor, engraved leather goods, and metal jewelry, rings and accessories with the infrared laser.
Choose the 21W diode machine for compatible wood, leather and dark-acrylic engraving or cutting. Dual adds a separate 3W infrared head for appropriate metal/plastic marking; it is not a 24W combined beam or a fiber laser. Request samples for metal finishes and avoid treating an IR marking head as a sheet-metal cutter.
Use the 400 × 320 mm processing field for layout, not the larger material-placement area. The 30/42 mm thickness values describe object clearance with/without the honeycomb, not cutting depth. Rotary and riser hardware are separate accessories; check object diameter, fixtures, focus and enclosure clearance before planning drinkware jobs.
Calibrate the built-in camera for the actual material height and run a framing check. Visual batch layout is described for Sculpfun Space; confirm camera functions in LightBurn before buying a license for that workflow. LightBurn supports Windows/macOS; LaserGRBL is Windows-based. Wi-Fi app support does not mean every desktop program controls it wirelessly.
Plan bench/lid clearance, a suitable exhaust route and material-specific testing. Enclosed Class 1 operation depends on the intended protective configuration. An air purifier does not make all materials safe; avoid PVC, vinyl and unknown plastics, verify leather composition, retain interlocks and supervise cutting.
