The V5’s 355nm source serves different jobs from a high-power diode cutter or deep-metal fiber engraver. Confirm a sample on your exact plastic, glass or coated part before choosing it for production. A UV wavelength alone does not make PVC, unknown plastics or composite boards safe to process; obtain material-specific guidance and plan extraction.
The supplied 150 × 150mm and 70 × 70mm lenses support different field/focus setups. Compare these with xTool F2 Ultra UV’s published 200 × 200mm internal field and 5W 355nm source. Confirm the lens and software workflow for surface work versus crystal subsurface engraving; nominal wattage alone does not establish equivalent capabilities.
Lens, Focus and Software Setup
Assemble and level the base and column, fit the correct lens and calibration profile, and focus on the intended surface or internal plane using the manufacturer’s procedure. Electric lifting does not mean every shape is measured automatically. Use SGD Laser for the advanced functions it currently supports. LightBurn requires Pro and may not provide the same crystal workflow; confirm current version support rather than relying on a future feature promise.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on size and weight.
Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same business day

- Shipping Time: 2-7 business days after processing
