The module figures describe optical laser power. They are not interchangeable cutting ratings across wavelengths. Match the module to your exact material and finish, then test a sample before running customer parts.
Clear acrylic projects require a different approach from opaque material. Ask our team to assess your acrylic color and thickness, or compare a CO₂ machine. This R2 infrared configuration does not promise through-cutting metal.

Which model should I choose: 1.3W (1064 nm), 10W or 20W?
The 1.3W (1064 nm) expands your materials to metals, metal oxides, coated metals, alloys and plastics. The 10W is the best choice for fine engraving and versatile for light cutting. The 20W suits both engraving and cutting projects.
Can R2 laser modules be used on other Ortur engravers?
The 10W LU3-10A module on the R2 only fits the R2. The 1.3W IR LR4-1A module is compatible with other Ortur engravers such as the R1, F10, OLM3, OLM2 Pro S2, OLM3 LE, OLM H10 and OLM2 S2.
How does flame detection work?
The R2 has 5 flame recognition points that detect flames with a continuous rise in temperature during cutting. If more than 3 points detect a flame at the same time, power-off protection triggers automatically.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on size and weight.
Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
