Use the 730 × 410 mm working area to lay out your largest part or repeat jobs. Camera preview covers 730 × 395 mm. Confirm positioning for artwork near the edge, and distinguish the full working depth from the autofocus range before choosing tall blanks.
For engraving, compare a sample using your artwork, material and required finish. The 900 mm/s ceiling does not predict every completed job time. Cutting depth depends on material and settings. Tube-life figures describe manufacturer expectations rather than guaranteed replacement intervals.
Commissioning and Ownership
Plan a stable support surface and safe unloading for the listed 58 kg machine. Leave access for the lid, rear area, exhaust hose and maintenance. Commission the cooling and extraction systems following the current FLUX manual. Include lens and mirror cleaning, bed cleaning and coolant checks in your maintenance plan.
Start with free Beam Studio. A LightBurn workflow requires a compatible bridge cable, separate license and the correct setup. Confirm supported camera functions before committing to software. The rotary and fine-focus lens are optional purchases.
Operate under supervision with approved materials. Avoid PVC and unknown plastics. Sensors and an enclosure do not replace extraction, material screening or fire precautions.

HEXA is a professional desktop CO2 laser cutter and engraver with a 60-watt CO2 laser that cuts and engraves organic materials and can engrave select metals.
Will HEXA be difficult to set up?
No. HEXA supports familiar file formats such as JPG, PNG, SVG, DXF, AI and PDF, and Beam Studio is easy to learn with the provided tutorials.
What materials can HEXA cut and engrave?
HEXA cuts and engraves wood, leather, cardboard, acrylic, rubber and more, with a maximum cutting thickness of 21 mm depending on material. It can engrave anodized aluminum and stainless steel (with a marking coating), but it cannot cut metal.
What is the warranty on HEXA?
FLUX provides a 12 month warranty on HEXA and its laser tube.
How do I vent the machine?
HEXA has an air pump and a powerful exhaust. Air assist clears debris from the cutting area while the exhaust removes smoke and fumes. Place HEXA in a well-ventilated location and never leave it unattended during operation.

Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
