Choose Around Your Actual Project
Check your largest design against the 360 × 240 mm CO2 work area. Bed size and camera preview coverage differ from the processing area. For repeated parts, test alignment with a simple jig before filling the bed.
The 30W CO2 source suits compatible clear and colored acrylic, wood and other approved non-metals. Maximum thickness and speed are test conditions, not a guaranteed production result. Compare a sample at your required thickness and finish. For large sheets or heavier cutting workloads, compare the Beambox II before choosing the smaller machine.
The optional infrared module serves marking work and has a smaller working area. This base listing does not include the infrared module, rotary, extension pocket or auto feeder unless explicitly specified. Confirm round-object dimensions, required clearance and accessory combinations before ordering.
Prepare the Workspace
Plan extraction, cooling-system commissioning and lens/mirror cleaning using the current FLUX instructions. Leave room for the lid, hose and maintenance access. Use approved materials, avoid PVC and unknown plastics, and supervise every job. Class 4 accessory operation requires the manufacturer’s additional controls.

Can beamo II cut metal?
No. The 30W CO2 laser cuts and engraves non-metal materials. With the optional 2W infrared module, beamo II can mark stainless steel, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium and engineering plastics, but it does not cut metal.
How thick can beamo II cut?
beamo II cuts acrylic and wood up to 7 mm, depending on material and settings. Glass, stone and rubber are engrave-only materials.
Does beamo II work with LightBurn?
Yes. beamo II is compatible with LightBurn as well as FLUX's free Beam Studio software.
Is beamo II safe to use at home or in a classroom?
In its standard enclosed configuration beamo II is a Class 1 laser product. It stops when the lid is opened and has an emergency stop button. Use proper ventilation or a fume extractor such as FLUX Beam Air. Operation with the Auto Feeder is Class 4 and requires additional precautions.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on size and weight.
Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
