Plan Your Beambox II Setup
Use the 600 × 375 mm processing area to check your largest design and arrange repeat parts. The larger physical bed does not increase the laser’s processing envelope. Include space around the machine for opening the lid, ducting and maintenance before choosing a bench.
The 55W CO2 source suits compatible wood and acrylic cutting, including clear acrylic. Maximum cutting demonstrations describe selected materials and settings. Ask for a test using your stock thickness and required edge finish before planning a production cycle.
Start with free Beam Studio for the integrated FLUX workflow. LightBurn requires the appropriate license and model-specific setup. Confirm camera and alignment support for your preferred software before adding a camera accessory. The listed base machine does not include every optional rotary, feeder, extension or purifier.
Installation and Daily Use
Plan exhaust routing, cooling-system setup and routine lens, mirror and bed cleaning following the current FLUX manual. Keep a suitable work surface and unloading route ready for the listed 48.5 kg machine. Confirm supplied coolant, hoses and other box contents before scheduling installation.
Flame detection supports monitoring, but does not replace supervision or fire precautions. Follow the manufacturer’s controlled-area requirements for Class 4 accessory configurations. Use approved materials and avoid PVC and unidentified plastics.

Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time
