What is the warranty for the GWEIKE M Series?
The GWEIKE M Series comes with a 2-year standard warranty on the machine and a 1-year warranty on the laser source and CO2 laser tube.
What power supply does the M Series require?
The machine does not come with a power plug and is designed to be hard-wired directly to the power supply circuit. It operates on single-phase 220V power with a total power consumption of approximately 5 kW. It requires two separate power connections: a 32A circuit breaker is recommended for the laser source and a 16A circuit breaker for the CNC machine bed.
Does the M Series require an internet connection?
No. The M Series connects directly to your computer with an Ethernet cable and does not need an internet connection to operate.
Should I use an air compressor or gas bottles?
Oxygen is recommended for cutting carbon steel. Nitrogen is ideal for stainless steel over 4 mm or for cleaner edges. For thinner stainless steel or aluminum (under 4 mm), compressed air from an air compressor works well.
What cooling system does the machine use? Do I need a separate chiller?
The fiber laser is air cooled. The CO2 laser uses integrated water cooling built into the M3 machine, so no external cooler is needed.
Is the wire feeder integrated? What wire does it support?
The wire feeder is a separate unit. It accommodates a 5 kg spool and supports welding wire up to 1.2 mm in diameter.
Is the GWEIKE M Series safe for a small shop?
The M Series is a Class 4 laser system. Plan controlled access, suitable beam containment and guarding, wavelength-rated protection, extraction, trained operation and the manufacturer's required safeguards for each mode. A handheld mode requires its own controlled work area; included glasses alone do not make it safe for bystanders.

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders are delivered via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on size and weight.
Curbside Delivery Only: Carriers will not deliver into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
Order Cut-Off and Processing Time

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on used or modified items, items not in resalable condition, items missing original packaging, or consumable accessories.
Damaged Items: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of any damage to expedite resolution.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Process: The original item is returned and inspected, a refund is issued (less the 30% restocking fee), and the customer places a new order for the replacement item.
