Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need help selecting the right laser engraver, give us a call or chat with us during business hours and we'll guide you through it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay. See our Payment Policy for full details.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Shop Pay Installments. You can select Shop Pay Installments at checkout to see your payment options. See our Financing page for more details.
Can I use a coupon code?

When will my card be charged?
Payment is captured only at the time of shipment. Prior to shipment, an authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to reserve the funds, but no actual charge is processed until your order ships.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after placing your order. Processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by 2-7 business days for shipping.
Do you ship outside the lower 48 states?
We currently ship only to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, international destinations, military addresses (APO/FPO), or PO Boxes.
If you live outside our standard shipping zones, you can email us at sales@laserengraverstore.com to request a custom shipping quote. We'll check with our supplier to see if delivery is possible.
Will my laser engraver be delivered inside my home?
No — all deliveries are curbside only. Carriers will not bring items into your home, garage, or interior rooms. Please arrange for assistance if needed.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage immediately and either refuse the shipment or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Email us at sales@laserengraverstore.com within 24 hours of delivery with your photos and order details.
Do you accept backorders?
No. If an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we'll notify you and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restock. Payment is only captured once your order is ready to ship.

Which laser engraver is right for me?
It depends on what you want to make and the materials you'll work with most. Diode lasers are great entry-level machines for hobbyists working with wood, leather, and dark plastics. CO2 lasers handle the widest range of organic and non-metallic materials and are the most versatile choice for makers and small businesses. Fiber and MOPA fiber lasers are built specifically for metal marking and engraving. UV lasers handle delicate materials like glass and certain plastics with minimal heat. What materials can I engrave or cut?
Material compatibility depends on the laser type and wattage. CO2 lasers handle wood, acrylic, leather, paper, cardboard, fabric, glass (engraving only), and many plastics. Fiber and MOPA fiber lasers handle stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and other metals. UV lasers work well on glass, ceramics, plastics, and delicate materials. Diode lasers handle wood, leather, dark acrylics, and some metals (with marking spray). Each product page lists the recommended materials for that specific machine.
Do your machines come with software?
Most machines ship with manufacturer-supplied software, and many are also compatible with industry-standard programs like LightBurn for advanced control. Check the individual product page for the exact software included with each engraver.
Warranty and Returns
What warranty comes with my product?
All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Most products carry a manufacturer warranty of 1 to 2 years, though specific coverage varies by brand and product. See our Warranty Policy or contact us for brand-specific details.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 30% restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund. See our full Return Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. If payment hasn't been captured: no fee. If payment has been captured but the order hasn't shipped: a 5% cancellation fee applies. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@laserengraverstore.com or (605) 937-8006 and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Pricing and Deals
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same product for less at an authorized online dealer prior to purchase, we'll verify it and match the price. Price match requests must be submitted and approved before you place your order. See our Price Match Policy for details.
Do you offer discounts for veterans or first responders?
Yes. We offer special discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders. Email a photo of your valid ID to sales@laserengraverstore.com and we'll send you a custom coupon.
